Solea CO2
The Solea® CO₂ Laser is an advanced dental laser designed to provide precise, minimally invasive treatment of both hard and soft tissue. Using computer-controlled CO₂ laser technology, Solea can be used for a variety of dental procedures, including cavity preparation, caries removal, and soft-tissue procedures. The technology allows your dentist to precisely remove or reshape tissue while reducing the need for traditional dental instruments in appropriate procedures.
Solea is designed to be easy and comfortable for patients. Depending on the procedure, Solea may reduce or eliminate the need for traditional dental instruments and, in many cases, local anesthesia. The laser can be used for procedures involving teeth and gums, including cavity preparation, removal of decay, and a variety of soft-tissue procedures. We'll help determine whether Solea is appropriate for your individual treatment and whether anesthesia is necessary.
Solea is FDA-cleared for the removal of dental caries and preparation of cavities, as well as a number of procedures involving oral soft tissue. The laser can also help with coagulation and control of bleeding during appropriate soft-tissue procedures.
For patients, this can mean a more comfortable dental experience with less reliance on traditional instruments. Depending on the procedure, patients may experience less noise, vibration, and pressure compared with conventional dental treatment.
